KronoCode Self-awareness diary
A self-awareness journal is an excellent tool for getting to know yourself better and consciously tracking your progress during a course. The journal below will help you record your answers in a transparent and easily comparable way, so you can see for yourself how you have changed over time.
These questions are not mandatory, but answering them—even if only for yourself—will deepen your experience. Write a few sentences to yourself in response to a self-reflection question for a lesson. This will be your “self-awareness journal.”
