The success of our book in 2023 (Chronobiology Knowledge Base Understandably) and the many feedbacks from readers encouraged us to make what we learned available in course form, supplemented with the knowledge and insights we have gained since then.
The CHRONOCODE course is not a textbook-like knowledge material, but a journey of self-knowledge, the foundations of which I began with a question: “Why do I act this way, and why do others act completely differently?” While studying chronobiology, I began to recognize the patterns that provided the key to understanding not only myself, but also others. The experiences of this journey gave birth to CHRONOCODE – a clear, practice-oriented system for those who want to connect more clearly with themselves and others. It is built on the foundations of chronobiology, yet it summarizes a deeper, much more practical, tangible knowledge. The theme of CHRONOCODE itself also presents the individual personality types through many practical examples, and deals more deeply with profession, understanding relationships, and draws parallels between other analysis methods.
